Co-founding partner of the firm in 1981, Joseph R. Atterbury has been actively involved in criminal trial litigation for 30 years. He began his professional career as an Assistant Public Defender in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, West Palm Beach, Florida in 1978, handling an extensive criminal case load. In 1981 Mr. Atterbury and Mr. Goldberger founded Atterbury & Goldberger, which defends criminal cases exclusively. He has considerable experience defending all types of criminal cases.
